Our Annual Gala “The White Party” NETS over $105,000!
Over $105,000 (NET) was raised at our Annual Gala – “The White Party” presented by Ketel One Vodka and Constance and Tom D’Ambra held on Saturday, July 13 at the majestic Saratoga National Golf Club. Gala Co-Chairs, Christianne Smith and Sarah Samascott and their committee members welcomed over 550 guests. Chris Armer, with his son Jeff, made the most phenomenal entrance as the high bidder on a package donated by Independent Helicopters, Inc. which picked them up Saratoga County Airport and brought to Saratoga National Golf Club's practice green. With Elizabeth and Jasper Alexander as our Honorary Chairs, the event had Benita Zahn, of News Channel 13, as an Emcee and first-time recipients of the agency's Community Builders Award - Skidmore College President Phillip Glotzbach and Marie Glotzbach. It also featured scrumptious food by Prime at National Golf Club, complimentary cocktails from Ketel One Vodka, all-natural organic shaved ice from Left Field, a silent and live auction, décor by Fine Affairs and Rain or Shine Tent Company, photos by Smile Lounge Interactive, artwork from Saratoga Bridges’ Creative Endeavors artists, a cigar roller from James & Sons Tobacconists, valet parking, fireworks courtesy of FIREWORKS by SANTORE and the official White Party band GRAVITY!
The LIVE Auction began with Brien Hollowood as our Auctioneer and generated $20,000 for the agency’s programs and services. The items, winners and highest bids are as follows:

The auction ended with our Saratoga Bridges’ Creative Endeavors artists, Adam, Amanda and David showcasing "Embracing the Spirit" a collaborative 2019 mosaic piece created by Tom Myott. The guests were most impressed with their talents, abilities and the importance of art in their lives. There was a winning bid of $3,500 by Mary Flaherty.
